01 Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "hm99", "Platform", "we", "us", "our" refers to hm99 and the website accessible at hm99.im, including all sub-pages, services and features thereof.
• "Player", "User", "you", "your" refers to any individual who registers an account on the hm99 platform or accesses its services.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a Player upon successful registration on hm99.
• "Balance" means the real-money funds held in a Player's hm99 wallet account, exclusive of bonus credits unless expressly stated otherwise.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, free spin or other non-cash incentive awarded to a Player by hm99 subject to specific wagering conditions.
• "Wager" means any real-money bet placed on a casino game, live dealer table or sports event through the hm99 platform.
• "Eligible Payment Method" means any deposit and withdrawal method supported by hm99, including USDT, BTC, JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Bank, UBL Bank and Meezan Bank.
• "Prohibited Activity" means any conduct described in Section 8 of these Terms, including but not limited to fraud, collusion, use of automated software and money laundering.
• "Responsible Gaming Tools" means the deposit limits, session timers, cooling-off periods and self-exclusion features available within every hm99 Account.

02 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and hm99. By completing the registration process on the hm99 platform, clicking any "I Agree" or equivalent confirmation, or by simply accessing or using any part of the platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them.

If you are accessing hm99 on behalf of another person or entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms. In such cases, references to "you" shall include both the individual accessing the platform and the person or entity on whose behalf access is made.

hm99 reserves the right to update, amend or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes. Players are encouraged to review these Terms periodically.

03 Eligibility & Registration

To register and maintain an hm99 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. hm99 does not permit any person under 21 to register, access or use its services under any circumstances.
• You are accessing the platform as an individual acting in your own personal capacity, and not on behalf of a third party for the purpose of placing wagers.
• You are not a current employee, director, officer, contractor or agent of hm99, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You are not residing in a jurisdiction where accessing online gambling services is explicitly prohibited by applicable local law.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from hm99 or had an account permanently closed by hm99 for breach of these Terms.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address and a valid payment method. Providing false or misleading information at registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension.

hm99 may at any time request supporting documentation to verify your identity, age, address or source of funds. This may include a government-issued photo ID (such as a CNIC or passport), a recent utility bill or bank statement, and in certain cases a source of wealth declaration. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction or closure.

04 Account Management

Each Player is permitted to hold only one registered account on the hm99 platform. The creation of duplicate accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any associated balances pending investigation.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your hm99 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party or permit any other person to access or use your account. hm99 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify hm99 support immediately at [email protected]. hm99 recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account for additional security, and this option is available within the account security settings.

hm99 accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, assign or pledge your account or any rights associated with it to any other party. Any purported transfer of an account is void and may result in permanent closure of the account.

Players are responsible for keeping their registered account information current and accurate at all times. If your personal details change — including your email address, phone number or payment method — you must update your account information promptly via the account settings page or by contacting hm99 support.

05 Deposits & Withdrawals

hm99 supports the following Eligible Payment Methods for both deposits and withdrawals: USDT (TRC-20 and ERC-20), Bitcoin (BTC), JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Bank transfer, UBL Bank transfer and Meezan Bank transfer. All transactions are subject to the minimum and maximum limits published on the hm99 payments page, which may be updated from time to time.

All funds deposited into your hm99 account must originate from a payment method that is registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts, anonymous payment sources or methods that cannot be verified as belonging to the registered account holder will not be accepted and may be returned, subject to applicable processing fees.

Cryptocurrency deposits are credited to your hm99 wallet upon the required number of blockchain network confirmations being reached, which varies by network and is outside hm99's control. hm99 is not responsible for delays caused by network congestion or blockchain processing times.

Withdrawal requests are processed by hm99 in the order received, subject to completion of any applicable identity verification and the absence of any active bonus wagering requirements on your account. hm99 aims to process withdrawal requests within one business day of approval, though actual receipt of funds will depend on the payment method and, in the case of bank transfers, the processing times of the receiving financial institution.

hm99 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any withdrawal request, including requesting documentation to verify the source of deposited funds. This is a regulatory requirement and does not imply any suspicion of wrongdoing on the part of the Player.

hm99 does not charge platform fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, third-party transaction fees — such as blockchain network gas fees or mobile money operator charges — may apply and are beyond hm99's control. Players are advised to check the applicable fees with their payment provider before initiating a transaction.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

hm99 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated on the relevant bonus offer page, which form part of these Terms and Conditions. In the event of any conflict between a bonus-specific term and these general Terms, the bonus-specific term shall prevail.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, all bonuses awarded by hm99 are subject to a wagering requirement that must be met before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, maximum bet per round during wagering, and expiry date are all set out in the individual bonus terms.

• Bonuses are awarded to one account per household, IP address and device. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times through the creation of additional accounts constitutes abuse and will result in account suspension.
• hm99 reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice, provided that any modification does not affect bonuses already credited to a Player's account prior to the change.
• Bonus funds cannot be transferred between accounts and have no cash value until the applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.
• Any withdrawal of real-money funds prior to completion of bonus wagering requirements will result in the forfeiture of any remaining bonus balance and associated pending winnings.
• hm99 reserves the right to reclaim any bonus and associated winnings from a Player's account if, in hm99's reasonable determination, the bonus was claimed in bad faith, exploited through strategic play patterns designed to minimise risk, or claimed in breach of these Terms.

07 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on hm99 are subject to the game-specific rules published on the relevant game or sports betting page. In placing a wager, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the applicable rules and accept the outcome as final, subject to the dispute resolution process described below.

For sports betting, including PSL cricket, international cricket, football, UFC and all other markets offered on hm99:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. hm99 reserves the right to correct manifest pricing errors and to void bets placed at erroneous odds.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to the applicable live betting rules for each sport and event type. Delays between the real-world event and the platform feed are inherent to live betting and hm99 does not guarantee that in-play odds reflect real-time match conditions at the precise moment a bet is placed.
• hm99 reserves the right to limit the maximum stake on any market, event or individual player account at any time and without prior notice.
• Where an event is cancelled, postponed or abandoned, bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable sport-specific rules published on the hm99 sportsbook page.

For casino games, live dealer tables, slots and all other hm99 casino products, the Return to Player (RTP) percentage and rules for each game are provided by the game developer and are published within the game interface. All games are certified by independent testing laboratories for fairness and randomness. hm99 does not manipulate game outcomes.

08 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the hm99 platform. Engaging in any Prohibited Activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false personal information, using stolen payment credentials, impersonating another person or creating accounts under fictitious identities.
• Money Laundering: Using hm99 to deposit, transfer, layer or otherwise process funds derived from illegal activity. hm99 complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) obligations and will report suspicious activity as required by law.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any poker, live dealer or other multiplayer game format offered on hm99.
• Use of Automated Tools: Employing bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools or any other automated software to place bets, play games or interact with the hm99 platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Exploitation of Errors: Deliberately exploiting technical errors, software bugs, pricing mistakes or system vulnerabilities to place bets or claims at advantageous but unintended terms. Any winnings derived from such exploitation are void.
• Bonus Abuse: Registering multiple accounts, using VPNs or other methods to circumvent geo-restrictions for the purpose of claiming bonuses, or engaging in low-risk wagering strategies specifically designed to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine gameplay.
• Chargebacks: Initiating fraudulent chargeback requests with a payment provider in respect of legitimate hm99 deposits. hm99 will pursue recovery of any funds subject to fraudulent chargebacks through all available legal means.

09 Intellectual Property

All content on the hm99 platform — including but not limited to software, source code, databases, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game interfaces and the compilation and arrangement thereof — is the exclusive intellectual property of hm99 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the hm99 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, strictly in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to: reproduce, distribute, publicly display or perform, modify, create derivative works from, reverse-engineer or otherwise exploit any content or software forming part of the hm99 platform.

The hm99 name, logo and all related marks, designs and slogans are registered or unregistered trademarks of hm99. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use any hm99 trademark without prior written consent.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, hm99 shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, regardless of whether hm99 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

hm99's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your hm99 account in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

hm99 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from viruses or other harmful components. hm99 makes no representation regarding the suitability of the platform's content for any particular purpose. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

11 Privacy & Data

hm99 collects, processes and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and is available at /privacy-policy. By using the hm99 platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

hm99 will not sell, rent or otherwise transfer your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for their own marketing purposes without your explicit consent. hm99 may share data with third-party service providers who assist in the operation of the platform — including payment processors, identity verification providers and game studios — subject to appropriate data processing agreements.

hm99 retains player data for as long as is necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by applicable regulatory or legal obligations, whichever is longer.

12 Responsible Gaming

hm99 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and maintaining a safe environment for all players. The platform provides the following Responsible Gaming Tools, accessible directly from within every registered hm99 account:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your hm99 account. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and after a 24-hour cooling-off period when increased.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure automatic notifications that alert you when you have been logged into your account for a specified duration.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a temporary break from gambling by placing your account in a cooling-off state for a period of your choosing, during which no deposits or wagers can be made.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the hm99 platform. Self-exclusion requests take effect within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for a minimum period of six months. To request self-exclusion, contact hm99 support directly.

hm99 strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement and employs age verification procedures at registration and on an ongoing basis. Players who believe they may have a gambling problem are strongly encouraged to make use of the Responsible Gaming Tools available on the platform and to seek help from relevant support organisations.

13 Suspension & Termination

hm99 reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend, restrict or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where:

• A Player has breached any provision of these Terms, including engagement in any Prohibited Activity.
• hm99 is required to do so by applicable law, regulation or court order.
• A Player has failed to complete identity or age verification within the required timeframe.
• hm99 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering or other criminal activity associated with the account.
• A Player has lodged a self-exclusion request.

Upon termination of an account for breach of these Terms, any balance held in the account — including both real-money and bonus funds — may be forfeited by hm99 pending investigation. Where an account is closed at the Player's own request and no breach has occurred, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the Player via an Eligible Payment Method following completion of any applicable withdrawal verification.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their hm99 account may do so at any time by contacting hm99 support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within three business days.

14 Amendments to These Terms

hm99 reserves the right to amend, modify or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, hm99 will provide reasonable advance notice to registered Players via email or a prominent notice posted on the platform. Non-material changes may take effect immediately upon posting without specific notification.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the hm99 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 13.

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which hm99 holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including any question regarding their existence, validity or termination — shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that licensing jurisdiction, unless mandatory applicable law requires otherwise.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, Players are required to first submit their complaint to hm99 support in writing at [email protected]. hm99 will endeavour to resolve all complaints within ten (10) business days of receipt. Where a complaint cannot be resolved directly between the Player and hm99, the matter may be referred to the dispute resolution body designated by hm99's licensing authority.

Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking urgent interlocutory or injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
